Avant Gardens CSA and Paddle Stop Brewery are pleased to be jointly hosting this year's dinner, featuring a five course menu of 100% locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
Your meal will be prepared by Aster Coyle (pastry chef at Vicia, St. louis). Every course is paired with a beer from Paddle Stop Brewery (wine and spirits available upon request).
Sweet potato blini with Missouri River carp, salad skewer - Hazy River Daze IPA
Slow cooked winter squash and bean soup with sourdough bread and compound butter - Oktoberfest
Mixed potato and sweet potato gnocci with herb infused butter and cheese - Painted Paddle Pale Ale
Brined, roasted pork with beer and apple reduction, polenta, roasted seasonal vegetables - Red Sky at Night Red Ale
Panna cotta with wild plum - Seasonal Seltzer
Black walnut cake with walnut praline, poached pear and rosemary mousse - Broken Paddle Imperial Stout
